Know Your Rights Before You Play

By registering for a sagili account, logging in to an existing account, accessing any part of the sagili Platform, or placing any bet or wager through sagili's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with sagili's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all forms of gaming activity on sagili, including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, sports betting, bingo, keno, and any other gaming products made available on the Platform from time to time. Your continued use of the sagili Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any amendments made in accordance with Section 12 below.

To be eligible to register and play on sagili, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations.
• You are physically located within the Philippines.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of sagili, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are of sound mind and are not suffering from any condition that impairs your capacity to understand and agree to these Terms.

sagili reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time, including a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a Philippine passport, PhilSys National ID, UMID card, or driver's licence). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending compliance review.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) sagili account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. sagili employs automated and manual detection processes to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sagili account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) associated with two-factor authentication. You agree to:

• Never share your sagili login credentials with any other person.
• Never allow any other person to access or use your sagili account.
• Immediately notify sagili's support team if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Log out of your sagili session after each use, particularly on shared or public devices.

sagili accepts no liability for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

All transactions on sagili are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). sagili supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. Supported payment methods may change without prior notice.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your sagili wallet are available for gaming immediately upon confirmation of receipt. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are stated on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method. sagili does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third parties — all deposits must be made by you, from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: You may request withdrawal of cleared, unrestricted funds from your sagili wallet at any time, subject to completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. sagili processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Withdrawal page. Processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment method. sagili reserves the right to conduct identity and anti-money laundering verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request.

sagili reserves the right to reverse any deposit or withdrawal in cases of suspected fraud, technical error, or violation of these Terms. Any funds deposited through fraudulent payment methods will be forfeited and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

sagili may, from time to time, offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all sagili promotions:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated bonus funds or winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balances and will be clearly identified as such in your sagili wallet.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the sagili Platform.
• sagili reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through collusion, the use of multiple accounts, or other forms of bonus abuse — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

All games offered on the sagili Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios whose software is independently certified and audited for fairness. Random Number Generator (RNG) based games use certified RNG software that produces genuinely random outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from certified studios using standard casino rules and procedures.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during any game session, sagili's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of affected rounds. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the relevant stake may be returned to the player's sagili wallet. sagili's decision in such matters is final.

Bets that have been accepted and confirmed by sagili's system are binding. sagili reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a clear pricing error has occurred, where the outcome was known at the time of betting, or where irregular betting patterns suggest match-fixing or other integrity violations.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sagili Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping or deliberate loss of funds.
• Registering using false identity information or on behalf of another person.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Using chargebacks or payment reversals to fraudulently recover funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sagili staff or other players.

All content on the sagili Platform — including but not limited to the sagili brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, images, and audiovisual material — is the exclusive property of sagili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sagili Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any sagili content without prior written consent from sagili.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sagili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the sagili Platform, including any loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if sagili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

sagili's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sagili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. sagili makes no representations about the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of the Platform or its content for any purpose.

sagili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering for a sagili account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in sagili's Privacy Policy.

sagili may be required to share player data with PAGCOR, law enforcement authorities, or other regulatory bodies in accordance with applicable Philippine law. sagili will not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

sagili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, sagili will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the sagili Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the sagili Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting sagili's customer support team.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, without prejudice to sagili's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any appropriate jurisdiction.

sagili operates in compliance with the regulatory requirements of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Players are responsible for determining whether their use of the sagili Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations.
